Why can’t I log in/sign up to the DICE app?
When you make your first purchase on DICE, you provide your phone number and email address, and an account is automatically created for you. This ensures that the ticket is kept safe and sound in the account and is directly linked to your details. To access it in the app, all you need to do is log in using the same details you provided when making the purchase, and the ticket will appear in the app for you. Simply click on the ‘ticket’ icon at the bottom of the screen.
This means you don’t have to create a new account to access tickets you’ve already bought, as you cannot purchase tickets on DICE without an account.
If it’s been a while and you’re not sure which email address you used, don’t worry! Just check your inbox for the purchase confirmation we sent you — that address should be the one linked to your account.
If you can’t find the email or no longer have access to that email address, you can update it directly from the app. To log in this way, select the option to ‘Request a new code’ on the login page. You will have the option to receive the code via SMS or phone call. Once you’ve received the code and logged in, you can change your email address by going to Profile > Settings > Account Settings, and the account will be automatically updated.
If you’ve already bought tickets on DICE but the app is asking you to create an account, you’re most likely using a different phone number than the one linked to your account. How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, go to the login screen and click on “Forgot Password.” Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.
For extra security, we recommend using a strong and unique password that you don’t use on other websites. If you’re still having trouble, please contact our support team.
